Buying digital accounts always carries one question: what if it stops working? Our answer is simple — every order is covered by a 7-day warranty with free replacements, and the process is designed to take minutes, not days.

What the warranty covers

If an account or key from your order stops working within 7 days of purchase, we replace it for free. No forms, no arguing — the replacement comes from the same live stock as regular orders.

How to claim it

• Open a ticket on our Discord (link in the site footer). Pick the "Replace" category and paste your order ID — it looks like c410c5-3829678 and is on your invoice page.
• Staff verifies the order against the shop directly. If it is inside the warranty window, you get a one-time replacement code.
• Redeem the code at veax.store/replace. The code is locked to the email you bought with — nobody else can use it, even if they somehow see it.

Why codes instead of just sending accounts in chat?

Security. Credentials never travel through Discord messages; they are delivered by the same system as normal orders, tied to your email, with a full audit trail. That protects you and keeps the stock honest.
